Australia’s favourite racing newspaper, with full form guides for at least 13 meetings from Friday to Sunday, plus fields/colours/tips for other TAB meetings, plenty of great reading, stats, crossword, trivia quiz and more. The Queensland carnival heads for the Sunshine Coast this Saturday with the Group 3 Winx Guineas heading a top-quality card. Other features on the Sunshine Coast card are the Caloundra City Cup for the stayers (won last year by Half Yours), the Glasshouse Handicap for the black-type sprinters and the Provincial Sprinters Series Final. Speaking of finals, there's a quality-packed card at Flemington for finals day. All nine races are finals, with four at listed level: the Winter Championship for the older milers (where Seafall and co will resume hostilities from the David Bourke a fortnight ago), the Santa Ana Lane final for the older sprinters, the Creswick final for the three-year-old sprinters and the Taj Rossi final for the two-year-old milers. The Winter Stakes (1400m) is the feature at Rosehill, while SA racing heads back to Murray Bridge. Belmont is again the venue for WA metro racing with the Aquanita Stakes and Belmont Oaks top of the menu.
